Messages are duplicated and more in the learn mode thread

It gets confused when you ask to shorten or simplify the answer

A reference gets repeated as 2 different sources, but they are the same. Particularly when retrieving news updates.

References and source for news updates are often missing.

Sometimes events in news updates are mentioned in the future even when the event is in the past.

Sometimes references get merged together so its unclear what part of the response comes from where
